Admitted to bar 1980, Colorado State Courts and U.S. District Court of Colorado; also admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts of Nebraska and Utah and U. S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; admitted Pro Hoc Vice, Arizona State Courts.

Walter J. Kennedy

Born St. Paul, Minnesota, June 16, 1952. A resident of Boulder for over 40 years. Practiced law in Boulder since 1982. Admitted to Colorado Bar, 1982, Colorado, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Education: University of Colorado (B.A. 1977; J.D., 1982).
